I recently had a lovely trip to Gangtok and stayed at this hotel. the location is excellent, right in the center of Gangtok near a beautiful market. The hotel offers rooms with stunning mountain views, making the stay even more enjoyable. The staff, especially Ms. Kritika and Mr. Prashant at the front office, were extremely polite and helpful, ensuring all our needs were taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was simply amazing. The food was delicious and had a good variety.

Everything was quite alright, no improvements needed.
